Job summary

Partners Southeast, the development arm of the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority, seeks a Housing Data Analyst to support the LIHTC portfolio. You will review financial statements, budgets, and audits, and build dashboards to improve financial and operational performance across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing or analyzing financial statements, budgets, or audits.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with spreadsheets and reporting proficiency.
• Familiarity with HUD programs and affordable housing compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review property-level financial statements, budgets, and audits to assess performance and variances.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, schedules, and dashboards for housing and finance leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance against budget and flag issues for leadership review.
• Support development activities through financial schedules, reports, and data for projects in the pipeline.
