Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Compliance Specialist with LIHTC expertise to join a multi-site affordable housing portfolio in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on resident file reviews, income calculations, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of LIHTC compliance, familiarity with LURAs, and the ability to support property teams across sites while ensuring timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on LIHTC compliance experience
• Experience reviewing move-in certifications and recertifications
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC requirements and regulatory agreements (LURAs)

Responsibilities

• Review LIHTC income, eligibility, and documentation in resident files
• Audit and ensure accuracy of move-ins, recerts, and income calculations
• Interpret LURAs and apply affordability and rent limits across properties
• Support property teams with regulatory compliance questions and corrective actions
• Maintain documentation of findings and track corrective actions across the portfolio
