Brothers Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties in the Denver metro area. The role requires LIHTC background and a proactive, independent approach to deadlines and discretion.

The candidate will handle occupancy, compliance reporting, budgeting, and tenant relations while coordinating with maintenance and leasing staff to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience and fair housing compliance knowledge.
• COS or equivalent housing certificates required.
• 2 years in property management with affordable housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with all laws.
• Manage occupancy, certifications, waitlists, and resident files.
• Monitor rent collection, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
