Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager for a 112-unit LIHTC community in Cookeville, TN. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, leasing performance, rent collections, and ensure LIHTC compliance and successful audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Affordable Housing / LIHTC property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC compliance, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop on-site teams.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community.
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and rent collections.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and successful audits/inspections.
• Maintain resident relationships and retention efforts.
• Oversee maintenance operations, vendors, and property condition.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance.
