Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management in Washington state is seeking a Property Manager to assist with leasing, marketing programs, tenant relations, and building operations for our community. You will handle rent collection, inspections, and compliance with LIHTC guidelines, while ensuring high resident satisfaction and financial integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of property management experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.
  • Minimum of three years of property management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Skilled in time management and prioritization.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the community.
  • Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.
  • Addresses and resolves emergencies that arise.
  • Meets company standards related to closing ratio on qualified walk-in traffic and phone-to-traffic ratio on qualified sales calls.
  • Places advertising approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed.
  • Processes applications and conducts credit checks.
  • Assists in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
  • Collects and processes rent payments.
  • Produces and distributes notices for non-payment of rent timely and within regulations.
  • Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
  • Inspects apartments at move-out to complete deposit statements within state timelines.
  • Walks property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.

Additional Information

(College Glen) (164 units)

($30-33/hour)

(Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and weekends as needed)
