Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management.
• Meaningful LIHTC experience including compliance exposure.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills for upper management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or experience in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fully on-site with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset management plans for a growing LIHTC portfolio.
• Monitor lease-up, proforma adherence, and regulatory compliance with internal support.
• Coordinate site inspections and review annual operating budgets.
• Monitor asset financial performance against budgets and proforma.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and present portfolio status to leadership.
• Support lifecycle capital planning and respond to agency inquiries.
• Supervise financial analysts as the team grows.
