Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Community Manager for an affordable housing community in Salt Lake City. You will oversee operations, leasing, resident services, and financial performance, ensuring compliance with HUD and Section 42 standards.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage a team, with a schedule that can include weekends. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience.
• 1+ years in affordable housing property management, HUD compliance, Section 42 housing standards, or similar experience.
• Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.
• Analytical problem solver, developing alternatives and implementing effective strategies.
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Extensive knowledge of landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws.
• Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
