Job summary

Wasatch Property Management is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead all aspects of a property's operations, from leasing and resident services to maintenance and financial performance. You will manage staff, optimize leasing, ensure compliance with HUD/Section 42 standards, and foster a positive team culture.

Applicants should bring 1+ years in affordable housing property management or related experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in affordable housing property management, HUD compliance, or similar experience.
• Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience.
• Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.
• Analytical problem solver with knowledge of risk management.
• Extensive knowledge of landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws.
• Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• A creative and motivating personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
