Cornell Pace Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in New Rochelle, NY to manage LIHTC-related billing, subsidy administration, and AR reporting. The role links affordable housing leasing with compliant billing and timely collections.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on LIHTC experience, proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Excel, and a detail-oriented approach to reconciliations, renewals, and aging analyses while collaborating with leasing, compliance, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of affordable housing accounts receivable, leasing, occupancy, or subsidy administration experience, including LIHTC.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, FHEPS, CityFHEPS, and how subsidies affect ledgers.
• Proficiency in Excel (sorting, formulas) and familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Review leases and notices to establish or adjust charges in Yardi Voyager with accuracy.
• Post receipts and reconcile agency payments, including various payment types.
• Monitor LIHTC rent limits and subsidy changes; prepare month-end reconciliations.
• Support audits with complete records and respond to inquiries.
