Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect to drive adoption of Red Hat Lightwell by removing blockers in customers’ build environments. You will engage developers, platform engineers, and security teams, articulating value and implementing best practices in dependency management, attestation, and pipeline enforcement.

The role requires hands-on work in customer environments, collaboration with sales and services, and ongoing enablement for the technical sales community.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, build/release engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales.
• Hands-on experience in customer or production build environments.
• Ability to articulate value to developers, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations across developers, build engineers, and security/compliance teams.
• Demonstrate differentiating Red Hat Lightwell offerings within customer environments.
• Configure builds to resolve Lightwell repositories and troubleshoot with customer engineers.
• Provide pre/post-sales support, proofs of concept, and develop partner solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and partner teams to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Deliver enablement and mentoring to Red Hat Technical Sales teams.
