Job summary

LaBelle Winery is seeking a friendly, motivated team member for evening and weekend shifts at our outdoor Lights walk event. The role emphasizes guest interaction, safety, and excellent service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, guiding guests on the course, operating the Toast POS, and enforcing site policies. Must be able to work in cold/varied weather and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile.
• Respond to guest questions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Learn and adapt to Toast POS system.
• Make recommendations for guests.
• Assist and direct guests during their walk.
• Observe and report safety hazards.
• Maintain visibility on the Lights walk and course.
• Identify misconduct and report to Manager on Duty.
• Enforce LaBelle policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate using radios with staff.
• Assist with placement/removal of cones and signage.
• Clean and restock Lights spaces.
• Serve hot and cold beverages.
• Assist in snow removal and ice management.
• Provide directions to assigned parking lots.
• Follow guidelines and SOPs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
