Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse and omni-channel initiatives in Mechanicsville, VA. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, move items to staging, and verify counts with handheld scanners as part of a fast-paced team.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to club standards while supporting BOPIC, curbside, and ship-from-club operations in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly using an RF scanner and pull orders from the pick list.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts.
• Communicate inventory issues or expired/short-dated items to the team.
• Replenish merchandise with the team to avoid stockouts.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe SFC area and follow SOPs.
• Support omni-channel initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club).
