Job summary

Christie Lites in Nashville seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to maximize daily operational efficiency through leadership, guidance and training.

The role oversees order picking, inventory accuracy, staff performance, safety compliance, and after-hours support for Rental Reps, with a focus on timely delivery and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced live production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people-management and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pick, pack, prep and returns of orders.
• Ensures adequate labor to execute orders.
• Ensures all orders are completed by Nexus deadlines.
• Notes and resolves inventory discrepancies with COD.
• Leads staff coaching and conducts annual reviews.
• Recommends internal promotions or new hires to Department Head.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and OSHA standards met.
• Coordinates after-hours support for Rental Reps and emergency access.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and equipment readiness.
