• Ability to lift 50 lb repeatedly and work in a large warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead LED department, manage team, and schedule workload.
• Forecast upcoming shows and coordinate transfers.
• Prepare and return show equipment for events.
• Package and label items for transportation or show requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve substitutions or shortages.
• Receive sub-rented items to fulfill orders.
• Create shipping manifests or carnets before shipping.
• Maintain LED inventory and repair/maintenance records.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving equipment.
• Support restocking and inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
• Document service in the inventory system and report damaged equipment.
