Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in live production, A/V, touring, lighting, or a related industry.
• Experience working with live events, production equipment, touring operations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit leadership and ability to manage staff.
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the pick, pull, prep, and return of orders and ensures labor levels match workload.
• Ensures all orders meet the date shown in Nexus and communicates inventory issues.
• Optimizes warehouse space and oversees staff performance with coaching and reviews.
• Supports safety policies and conducts regular staff check-ins and evaluations.
• Oversees barcode installation, building security, and OSHA/fire code compliance.
• Acts as a local point of contact for service providers and after-hours coverage.
