Job summary

CTUS in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Lead Shop Technician-Lighting to oversee daily QC of CT owned equipment, prep gear for outbound shows, and manage warehouse workflows. This role requires hands-on leadership in a 70,000+ square foot facility.

You will train warehouse teams, coordinate maintenance, ensure organized inventory, and support operations with accurate shipping and equipment readiness. Night and weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience running a warehouse department.
• Ability to mentor warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor warehouse teams on workflows, QC procedures, and inventory.
• Maintain teamwork to provide high levels of customer service.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and prepare gear for outbound shows.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading and shipping documentation as needed.
