Staffing Network is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates for a leading lighting manufacturer in Mount Juliet, TN. The role runs Thursday-Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with duties including picking using scan guns, testing lighting equipment, and performing basic assembly.

Responsibilities include organizing inbound freight, stocking materials, cleaning and maintaining gear, untangling cables, and assisting in other warehouse areas while upholding a safe, climate-controlled environment as needed.

Qualifications

• Standing for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Could lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with hand tools, ratchets, and drills preferred.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Use scan guns to pick and pull parts for shipment.
• Organize inbound freight and stock materials.
• Test lighting equipment before shipment and on return.
• Perform basic assembly of lighting equipment with hand tools.
• Clean and maintain equipment; untangle and coil cables.
• Assist in different warehouse departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
