Job summary

Rail Events Production in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Lighting Technician/Operator for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride. You will install, operate, and maintain lighting systems, coordinating with the production team and on-site managers throughout pre-production, load-in, run, and load-out.

Ideal candidates have theatrical lighting experience, are proficient with ETC EOS/ION, and can work evenings and weekends. This seasonal, non-exempt, hourly role offers competitive pay and a dynamic live-event

Job Title: Lighting Technician/Operator THE POLAR EXPRESS Train RideDivision/Department: Rail Events Production/Run CrewReports To: Production ManagementType of position: Non-Exempt/HourlyEmployee Classification: SeasonalLocation: Oklahoma City, OKCompensation: $21.50/hourJob Summary:The Lighting Technician/Operator works with the Lighting Designer, production team, and other on-site management during pre-production and load-in to install all lighting systems in accordance with the system designs. They are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the lighting systems during the entire run of the event. They work under the supervision of the Production Electricians and on-site managers. Because of the nature of the live event, they may be required to assist in any event-related items as required.
