Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking service-focused individuals to join our DIY and PRO Technical Support teams at our Las Vegas office. You will provide technical assistance to a wide range of customers, from retail end users to residential and commercial clients, helping them maximize the value of Lutron’s lighting and shading solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus
• Must live within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule
• Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year? (A weekend shift equals a Saturday or Sunday shift, not both weekend days).
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
