Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Must live within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year (A weekend shift equals a Saturday or Sunday shift, not both weekend days).
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
