The positions require in-office presence, with 12–16 weekend shifts per year, and start pay of $46,800 to $49,920 per year plus benefits. Candidates must be US workers and reside within commuting distance of Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required.
• Must live within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product education, selection, and compatibility.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and empathy.
• Provide calm, reliable support for customers navigating technical challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues for DIY and PRO installations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share feedback.
