Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. seeks service-focused individuals to join our DIY and PRO Technical Support teams at our Las Vegas office.

You will assist a range of customers, from retail end users to residential and commercial clients, helping them maximize the value of Lutron’s lighting and shading solutions. Roles include advising on product education, selection, compatibility, and providing calm, reliable support for technical challenges, with opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Must live within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

• Pro Team: Diagnose and resolve complex product issues by applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Pro Team: Support residential and commercial installations using knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and system integration.
• Pro Team: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to share insights and drive improvement.
