The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical understanding of lighting systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, client communication, and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors. Willingness to travel for multi-day site work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Familiarity with lighting and rigging system installation.

• Valid driver's license; able to lift 50 lbs and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of systems projects, including procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Maintain communication with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers.
• Review project documents, drawings, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Oversee submittals, field measurements, and change orders.
• Coordinate field service, subcontractors, and installation timelines.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and post-project performance.
