Job summary

FRM Lighting & Controls seeks an Inside Sales & Project Manager to serve as the primary contact from inquiry to project completion. You will manage quotes, orders, and account relationships while overseeing multiple lighting projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline.

The ideal candidate combines sales drive with project management skills, keeps stakeholders updated, and communicates progress clearly to customers andInternal teams. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the lighting industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication of progress to customers and internal teams.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, processing inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes to move opportunities toward close.
• Manage projects from approval through installation and procurement.
• Provide ongoing project status updates to all parties.
• Identify and mitigate project and account risks before impacting schedule.
• Oversee deliverables within budget, schedule, and quality plans.
• Provide reports, technical assistance, and collaboration to stakeholders.
• Handle warranty issues and claims, freight claims, and returns.
• Resolve product, pricing, and shipping issues using root-cause analysis.
• Manage numerous work orders and service calls regionally or nationally.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support growth.
