Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a Lighting Quality Control Coordinator to oversee daily operations, testing, and upkeep of lighting gear and fixtures. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, readiness to specs, and collaboration with show teams to meet deadlines.

The position requires hands-on tool use, troubleshooting skills, and ERP familiarity to support maintenance and packaging improvements in a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with moving and static lights, LED sources, consoles, and networking.
• Experience with hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and overall lighting inventory management.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track, coordinate, and upkeep the lighting inventory.
• Ensure equipment leaves the shop prepped to client standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound gear for show prep and firmware updates.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Develop and/or improve packaging of Clair lighting systems.
• Collaborate regularly with Clair lighting operations personnel.
• Stay current on latest lighting technologies and standards in live events.
• Perform other duties as required.
