Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam and reading electrical or lighting drawings.
• Familiarity with lighting submittals and fixture ordering.
• Strong communication with vendors, reps, and contractors.
• Excellent organization and follow-through on multiple active jobs.
• Ability to stay calm and responsive on urgent deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical and lighting drawing takeoffs using Bluebeam.
• Create lighting submittal packages and review submittal approvals.
• Order lighting fixtures per approved submittals.
• Check order status with manufacturers and update clients.
• Manage communication on urgent matters and deliveries.
• Stay in contact with manufacturers, reps, and contractors on active jobs.
• Create owner manuals at project completion.

Lighting Deisgn Assistant
Hialeah, FL | In-Person, Mon-Fri 9-5 | $20 /hr | Full-Time

A well established and growing distributor of luxury lighting, hardware, and decorative building products, with a team that cares about their people, is hiring a Lighting Project Coordinator. You will take lighting projects from drawings to approved submittals to delivered fixtures, working with manufacturers, reps, and contractors along the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete electrical and lighting drawing takeoffs using Bluebeam
• Create lighting submittal packages and review submittal approvals
• Order lighting fixtures per approved submittals
• Check order status with manufacturers and keep clients updated
• Manage communication on urgent matters and deliveries
• Stay in constant contact with manufacturers, manufacturer reps, and contractors on active jobs
• Create owner manuals at project completion

What You Bring:
