Job summary

Responsibilities

• Become an industry resource for controls and provide recommendations to existing and new construction job sites.
• Develop constructive relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside salespeople.
• Work with SESCO salespeople to identify customers needing controls solutions.
• Solve problems quickly and turn them into opportunities.
• Earn discretionary business from customers to passthrough Distributors.
• Ensure quick and proper response to all reasonable customer requests.
• Identify and secure new markets and adoption of new technologies within your territory.
• Maintain profitability by meeting bogies and containing managing expenses.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
