Job summary

Theater Outsource is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support entertainment and architectural lighting control systems across venues and installations. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, customer support, field-based system assistance, and collaboration with engineering to resolve issues, document solutions, and improve products.

Occasional travel and weekend coverage may be required as we service nationwide projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with lighting controls, dimming, networking, DMX, or entertainment electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Background in technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service.
