Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners in Lititz, PA is seeking an Account Executive with Systems Innovation by LMG to grow client relationships and drive revenue through audiovisual, lighting, and control systems. This role blends technical expertise with solution selling from concept through installation.

You will develop technical solutions, create proposals, coordinate project execution, and support customer success.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience designing and engineering audiovisual, lighting, and control systems.
Experience with technology sales and installation procedures.
Knowledge of project and business management practices.
Strong client relationship skills.
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Project management and organizational skills.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Membership in or certification from AV industry programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and grow client relationships.
Develop the right technical solution with customers and technical teams.
Create accurate proposals, quotes, and service contracts.
Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and installation logistics.
Support installation and customer success through site visits and issue resolution.
Stay ahead of evolving audiovisual and control technologies.
