Job summary

ARK Products in Columbia, SC is seeking a Light Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time shipments in a climate-controlled, on-site facility.

You will learn ARK’s full product line, review each order, prepare shipments for carrier pickup, receive deliveries, and maintain inventory levels. Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but training is provided. This is a fast-paced role in a small team with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort and efficiency with computers; navigate order management and shipping software, email, and basic office apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify ARK’s full product line (training provided).
• Review each order and pick requested items from stock.
• Package items for envelopes or boxes and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
