Job summary

ARK Products in Columbia, SC is hiring a Light Warehouse Associate (Primarily Pick and Pack). The role ensures orders ship accurately and on schedule, and you will learn ARK’s product line to pick items from stock, pack them, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.

This is an on-site day shift in a climate-controlled warehouse. You should be able to lift boxes, operate order management/shipping software, and work both independently and with a small team; pay is $16–$17/hour with holidays and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment is preferred, though not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort and efficiency with computers and order management/shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with urgency.
• Able to lift and move boxes and stay on your feet during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Identify ARK’s full product line (training provided).
• Review each order and pick the requested items from stock.
• Package items into envelopes or boxes and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Receive and sign for deliveries and distribute mail to colleagues.
• Monitor inventory levels and report when stock is low.
• Support assembly and manufacturing teams with production.
• Run errands (e.g., post office) and handle special projects as assigned.
