Job summary

ARK Products is seeking a Light Warehouse Associate for a day shift in a climate-controlled on-site warehouse in Columbia. You will learn ARK’s full product line, pick and pack customer orders, and prepare shipments for carriers.

The role requires the ability to lift/move boxes, work both independently and with a team, and adapt to occasional shifts between shipping, assembly, and manufacturing tasks. Competitive hourly pay, holidays, PTO, and employer-subsidized health, dental, and life

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/shipping/receiving/order fulfillment experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience not required; training provided
• Strong communication skills and written/verbal clarity
• Comfort and efficiency with computers and order/shipping software

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders ship accurately and on schedule
• Identify product lines through training and pick items from stock
• Package items and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
• Receive deliveries and sort mail to the appropriate colleagues
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supplies
