Job summary

Workbridge LLC in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support fast-paced logistics and distribution operations. You will pick products, pack orders securely, and prepare shipments while upholding quality, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read pick tickets and basic written instructions.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using pick lists, RF scanners, or paper tickets.
• Verify product type, quantity, and quality against order documentation before packing.
• Pack items securely using appropriate boxes and packing materials to prevent damage.
• Label, seal, and stage completed packages for outbound shipment.
• Restock packing stations with supplies as needed and assist with inventory counts.
• Support team members in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
