Qualifications

• Ford and/or ASE certification preferred.

• Minimum of a valid Class E Commercial Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and move vehicles to the stall area.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs per dealer and factory standards.
• Test drive and road-test vehicles as required.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain and install parts.
• Document work in service department systems and attend training.
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and handle tools properly.
