• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship-building and donor engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Manage event portfolio campaigns and ensure annual budget.
• Track KPIs and adjust activity to stay on target.
• Build sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners and close agreements.
• Collaborate with regional teams and national partners.
