Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 1st shift at our Production & Manufacturing site. You will operate offline and finishing equipment, set up machines for production runs, and help maintain quality with a skilled team.

We offer hourly pay at $18.20 with potential overtime and shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, disability insurance, life insurance, and education assistance in a collaborative manufacturing

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
