Job summary

RR Donnelley in Angola, IN is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist to operate offline and auxiliary equipment, set up and adjust machines for production runs, and ensure peak performance. The role may involve guiding teammates and training new staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Description

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift and $3 more for 3rd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
