Job summary

RRD is seeking candidates for the 2nd shift as a Printing and Bindery Specialist in our Production & Manufacturing department. You will operate offline binding/finishing equipment, set up machines for production runs, and perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures for equipment that can be set up and operated by following steps.
• Clerical tasks incidental to equipment operation, such as maintaining machine records or labeling tapes.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment

Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call‑in, and stand‑by pay.
