Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 3rd shift in Angola, IN. You will operate and set up offline binding and finishing equipment for production runs, ensuring efficient output.

Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and potential supervision of crewmembers. Training for new team members may be provided as needed.

• Knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate and make basic adjustments to the equipment per job requirements.

Job Description

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
