We are seeking a light equipment operator to operate forklifts and other light machinery such as paper cutters, paper padders, and more. No experience required, only a good attitude and willingness to learn!

Normal Duties:

• Operate independently to load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Assist other team members by delivering and preparing materials
• Prepare pallets for shipment
• Cut, pad, collate, and stack finished paper to finalize the production process
• Follow SOPs, meet performance metrics, and interpret job tickets
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Be flexible and comfortable changing tasks
• Work independently and as a close member of a team
• Schedule is first shift, M-F
