No experience required, only a good attitude and willingness to learn!

We are seeking a light equipment operator to operate forklifts and other light machinery such as paper cutters, paper padders, and more.

Normal Duties:

1. Operate independently to load and unload trucks using a forklift
2. Assist other team members by delivering and preparing material
3. Prepare pallets for shipment
4. Cut, pad, collate, and stack finished paper to finalize the production process
5. Follow SOPs, meet performance metrics, and interpret job tickets
6. Maintain a clean work environment
7. Be flexible and comfortable changing tasks
8. Work independently and as a close member of a team
9. Schedule is first shift, M-F
