We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Light Equipment Operator to join our second shift team. If you're looking for a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and long-term growth, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts and other light machinery such as paper cutters and padders (training provided)
• Load and unload trucks independently using a forklift
• Cut, pad, collate, and stack finished paper products
• Prep pallets and materials for shipment
• Interpret job tickets and follow SOPs
• Support teammates by moving and organizing materials
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Be flexible and ready to shift between tasks as needed
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team

Shift Details:

• Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Enjoy long weekends—every weekend!

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we’ll help!)
