Looking for an opportunity in Commercial Printing? TMC Staffing is seeking Light Equipment Operators in Brenham, TX.

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Must be able to work rotating days, including every other weekend.

Job Duties:

• Learn and perform the responsibilities of the Rewinding and Die Cutter Operator roles.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Follow routine operating procedures and operate equipment following instructions.
• Read and interpret work instructions to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and compute rate, ratio, percentage, and measurements.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain assigned machines for optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, requesting maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs for all functions.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Stand for long periods and lift/pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
• Understand general safety practices and personal protective equipment.
• Availability for weekends and overtime as required.
• Be a self-starter with troubleshooting skills.
