Job Description

1. Learn and perform multiple job functions within the manufacturing plant, including roles such as Rewinding and Die Cutter Operator.
2. Set up and adjust machinery and equipment for production runs following instructions.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal operation, requesting maintenance when necessary.
4. Perform warehouse duties such as material loading/unloading, pickup, waste management, and recording materials in MIPS.
5. Learn and perform responsibilities for the Press service position, Forms Packer, and Ink/Cage roles as needed.
6. Assist in training new team members.
7. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including hazardous waste handling, lockout/tagout, and PPE policies.
8. Read, understand, and follow SOPs for all job functions.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/pull at least 50 lbs.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the specified location is $14.50 - $19.25/hour. Actual pay may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. Compensation may include overtime, shift differentials, call-in, and standby pay.
