We are seeking a light equipment operator to operate forklifts and other light machinery such as paper cutters, paper padders, and more.

Normal Duties:

• Operate independently to load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Assist other team members by delivering and preparing materials.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Cut, pad, collate, and stack finished paper to finalize the production process.
• Follow SOPs, meet performance metrics, and interpret job tickets.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Be flexible and comfortable changing tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Schedule is first shift, M-F.
