Kelly Services, partnered with Electrolux in Springfield, TN, is hiring for 1st shift assembly roles. Pay is $18.00 per hour. These long-term temp-to-hire positions involve assembling parts on an assembly line using hand tools and air tools.

Requirements include the ability to stand 8–10 hours, bend, reach and lift up to 40 lbs, and work on a moving line with time‑restricted tasks.

Position Description: Assembles various parts on an assembly line to create a completed functional product using their hands and various air tools that meet or exceed both our customers and the company’s expectations in quality. The positions are long‑term Temp-To-Hire.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BASIC SKILLS

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to stand up for 8 to10 hour periods at a time.
• Able to work where insulation is present.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within the time‑restricted breakdown designated for that task.
