Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biology required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related scientific experience; CRO/industry experience a plus.
• Proven proficiency in immunoassay development and multi-project capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop ligand-binding assays using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Perform PK/PD/ADA biomarker assays per regulatory standards.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot assay performance, and peer-review data.
• Collaborate across teams to meet objectives under timelines.
• Lead and mentor study teams and present findings at conferences.
• Author manuscripts and participate in client calls.
