Job summary

Sudden Service, INC (SSI) is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Columbus/Grove City, OH operation. You will work with customers and field service mechanics to identify maintenance needs and coordinate service tasks.

You will advise on necessary services, estimate costs, process parts and service orders, and ensure paperwork and warranty claims are completed accurately. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused,

Responsibilities

• Identifies required maintenance with customers and Field Service Mechanics.
• Advises customers on necessary services and estimates costs.
• Processes parts/service sales orders for invoicing.
• Keeps paperwork and warranty claims current and complete.
• Maintains Service Center records and assists in scheduling.
