Job summary

Kanawha Scales & Systems, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Ohio operations. The role focuses on coordinating field service activities, assisting technicians, and delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment, serving as a key support to the Service Manager.

You will schedule technicians, manage service contracts, coordinate parts and shipping, and maintain accurate records while ensuring timely invoicing and strong customer

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, dependable and able to work overtime when required.
• Basic computer and software proficiency.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming service-related phone calls and efficiently schedule technicians.
• Coordinate service work, preventative maintenance contracts, and call-out schedules.
• Provide customers with friendly, professional support.
• Proactively notify customers to maintain service schedules.
• Ensure accurate pricing and job ticket information for timely invoicing.
• Order parts and manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate records, including ISO documentation, vehicle maintenance, and training records.
• Support service operations as backup to the Service Manager.
