Job summary

Monarch Mountain is seeking a Ticket Sales Clerk for a winter seasonal role in a slope-side office environment. You will perform fast-paced lift ticket sales, provide excellent guest service, and stay knowledgeable about mountain happenings to assist guests with questions and directions.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and able to handle cash, operate basic computer systems, and work independently or as part of a team. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• US work authorization or legal work permit.
• Able to work at elevations up to 12,000 feet and in severe weather.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets accurately and efficiently with a friendly, courteous approach.
• Stay informed about mountain offerings to assist guests with questions and directions.
• Maintain the ticket window and surrounding areas in a neat, organized, professional state.
• Collaborate with Monarch departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Other duties as assigned.
